- Cancellation Policy
Services provided by Eleven Echoes, including Funnel Systems, Facebook/Instagram Ads, WhatsApp Marketing, E-mail Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and any other services, cannot be canceled unless the reason for cancellation is beyond the control of both parties involved. Instead, services can be paused and resumed at a later date, subject to mutual agreement.
- Refund Requests
Clients may request a refund only under extreme emergencies where there is no other viable option. Eleven Echoes reserves the right to assess the circumstances and determine the eligibility for a refund on a case-by-case basis.
- Non-Refundable Fees
All fees paid to Eleven Echoes are non-refundable. In cases where the services have not been fully delivered, Eleven Echoes commits to continuing the work without additional charges until the agreed-upon targets at the start of the contract are completed.
- Refund Process
If a refund is deemed appropriate and is initiated, both parties will engage in a dialogue to reach a consensus on common grounds. The refund amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, considering the length of the contract and the services already fulfilled up to the point of cancellation.
- Time Limit and Conditions
There is no specific time limit for requesting cancellations or refunds. Requests will be considered based on circumstantial factors. Eleven Echoes will work closely with clients to understand the nature of the request and determine the most appropriate course of action.
- Communication and Agreement
Any cancellation or refund process will involve open communication between Eleven Echoes and the client. Both parties will strive to reach an agreement that is fair and reasonable given the circumstances.
This Cancellations and Refunds Policy is effective as of 12th December 2023 and is subject to change. Clients will be notified of any updates to this policy.
